Domestic Orders (Thailand)

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days via trusted courier partners.

• Complimentary standard shipping is offered for all domestic orders.

Same-Day Delivery (Bangkok Area)

• For selected items and addresses within central Bangkok, we offer same-day delivery via private messenger service.

• A delivery fee applies and will be calculated based on distance.

International Orders

• Orders shipped via DHL Express or equivalent international couriers.

• Delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on destination.

• Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-order & Made-to-order Items

• For exclusive or made-to-order designs, please allow 7-14 business days for production and dispatch.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

• If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours for assistance.

Eligible

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain.

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene reasons, accessories and customized items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
